Enjoy free shipping on every order! Estimated delivery times are between 8–14 business days. Your order will be processed at our warehouse within 1–3 business days. After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–4 business days for your tracking information to update.
Address Changes
If you notice any errors in your provided shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@goldstarpoolstore.com with the subject line "URGENT":
- If your order has not yet shipped, we will promptly update your address.
- If your order has already been shipped, we regret that we are unable to make changes.
To prevent delivery issues, please double-check your shipping information immediately after placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we are unable to offer refunds or reship the items.
Shipping Responsibility

Lost or Stolen Orders
If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please take the following steps:
- Check Nearby: Verify with neighbors, family members, or building staff to ensure the package was not received on your behalf.
- Contact the Carrier: Reach out to the shipping carrier for more detailed delivery information.
While Gold Star Pool Store cannot be held liable for items marked as delivered but reported as lost or stolen, we are committed to helping you:
- We can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
- We offer a discounted reorder option for orders reported as lost or stolen.
